Returns & Exchanges

HARRY AUSTIN guarantees that you are ordering a quality product that is impeccably crafted from the finest of materials. While we ask that you carefully consider your purchase/s with us, we also understand that sometimes your purchase is not what you expected. So to give you full confidence in your purchase, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer 14-day easy returns. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return/exchange.

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging (including dust bag). We do not offer returns/exchanges of Sale items. We do offer returns/ exchanges on Pre-sale and Backorder items.

To return/exchange your product, you should create a return request from your  Account Area.

If your return request is approved, you will then you receive an email with shipping instructions and the Customer Returns Form.

For exchanges of unused items, please include on your Customer Returns Form or note the item what you wish to exchange for.
