FREE RETURNS – AUSTRALIA

To return your order, please visit our Returns Portal here.

We are pleased to offer complimentary pre paid return label for full priced items. Once you've submitted your information in the Returns Portal you will be provided with a prepaid returns label. 

Please submit your return within 30 days of your order arriving to you. If more than 30 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately, we are unable to offer process your return.

We only accept returns, in the same condition in which you received them. All items must be returned in perfect new-like resalable condition, unused, and with the original packaging (including boxes and dust bags) with tags and protective film and protective paper still attached on the hardware. We are unable to offer an exchange or refund on items that are deemed damaged - scratched, worn, not in their original packaging or missing any packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any return on merchandise that does not meet our return requirements. If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you and a refund will not be issued.

Once your item arrives back to our warehouse, please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed. This may extend to 10-14 business days during sale and busy trade periods. Thank you for your patience.

For refunds, funds should appear in your bank account/credit card within 5-10 business days of being processed. Funds will be returned to the original form of payment. 

 

FREE EXCHANGES - AUSTRALIA

We are happy to facilitate exchanges within 30 days for unused items.

If you need your new item urgently, we recommend returning your original order for a refund and repurchasing in the new item as a separate transaction. This allows us to ship you your new item immediately.

Please note if an item is showing as "low stock" we recommend purchasing your replacement as soon as possible to avoid disappointment, as it may sell out while you are waiting for your return to arrive back to us and be processed.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges or free returns for our international customers outside of Australia.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES - DURING SALE PERIODS

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Final sale does not include the 10% welcome discount for first time purchases (which can be returned or exchanged).
