Complimentary return shipping is available for all Australian returns.

Once your return has been received, please allow up to seven business days for inspection and processing. During sale periods and other busy times, processing may take between 10 and 14 business days.

Refunds will be returned to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, funds may take a further five to ten business days to appear in your account.

International orders may be returned for a refund, provided they meet the requirements above.

Return shipping is arranged and paid for by the customer.

Exchanges are not available for international orders. If you'd like a different style or colour, we invite you to place a new order.

Replacement items cannot be reserved while your return is in transit. Therefore we recommend returning the item and placing a new order, especially if your preferred style is low in stock or required sooner.

Items returned to Harry Austin are to be unused and in their original condition, with all tags, boxes, dust bags, protective film and packaging intact.

Returns showing signs of wear, marks, scratches or damage may not be accepted.
