Delivery times supplied are a best estimate provided by Aus Post and express/star track and HARRY AUSTIN cannot be liable for any unavoidable delivery delays out of our control.
DISPATCH + PROCESSING
All orders placed by 2pm AEST Monday – Friday will be dispatched on the same day.
Orders placed after this time will dispatch the following business day.
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Adelaide, South Australia using Australia Post parcel and express/star track service.

Please note, this pre-order due date is an approximation, as we are unable to control shipping timeline. Products may arrive up to 10 days earlier or later than suggested date.. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Once re-stocked bags arrive at warehouse, orders will be dispatched in priority as orders are received. We will endeavour to dispatch within 1 business day of bags arriving at Warehouse.
If you order multiple items and one of your items is a pre-order product, the entire order will be held until all items are available and will be shipped together once the preorder item arrives. If you'd like to request your order be "split" and sent separately, please email our team at info@harryaustinbags.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but depending on product, location and time of year this may not be possible.
DUTY + TAXES
For international orders, please be aware duties and taxes is something that is outside of our control and varies in cost from country to country. If you're concerned, we would recommend getting in touch with your local customs office so you're not surprised if there is any unexpected shipping charges at your end. Many packages are held by the local post office until customs duties are paid. If your package has not been delivered within 15 business days please contact your local post office. Customer agrees to take responsibility for claiming package.
