Pre-Order & Back-Order Terms & Conditions

From time to time, we offer pre-order or back-order items. This means we have stock on its way and we can offer it for our customers to secure on our online store.

As it is not currently in stock, you will need to read the item description carefully to decide if you can wait for the expected arrival date.

This date is an expected delivery date given to us by our manufacturer. We cannot accept responsibility for delays out of our control.

All pre-order sales have the same privileges as our standard orders:

• We still offer EASY RETURNS Australia wide. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer you a FULL REFUND within the first 14 days after your item/s are delivered. See Full Conditions of our Refund Policy.
• We still offer FREE SHIPPING Australia wide. Although we will not be able to pack and dispatch your order within the standard 1 business day of purchase, standard delivery times still apply. To see estimated delivery times see our Shipping Policy.
• We still offer 6 month warranty on our leather bags. The 6 months will start from time that item/s are received rather than ordered. See Full Conditions of our Warranty Policy

Any other items purchased with a pre order item will be sent together in the one delivery. If you would like to request in-stock items be sent immediately we would be happy to oblige. Simply email us at info@harryaustinbags.com once transaction has been processed. 

You will receive an email confirmation when the item is shipped.
